Hello Clients near and far,

I had hip replacement surgery January 31st at St Francis hospital in San Francisco. The surgeon was Dr. Nicholas Mast who is rated with 5 stars for the anterior model in the Bay Area.
After looking at the post surgical X-rays, and my feedback from walking the following day, Dr. Mast came into my hospital room the next morning and pulled up a chair- at 6:30am. Never a good sign….
He said, “I’ve been looking over your Xrays and with the feedback you gave me from walking yesterday, I think we can do better. We need to if you’re going to successfully able to walk again and be active like you deserve to be. There are high risks, but I still think it’s worth it. I’d like to go into surgery today.”

So February 2nd, I went back into surgery and they took out 5 millimeters of my femur. The surgeon said 1/10th of a millimeter is usually a huge adjustment for a body, never mind 5 millimeters. My prognosis for full recovery is very good. No infection, no signs of dislocation, but the recovery time is now one year. I will be improving the entire time, so I will be back in LA as soon as I’m able to travel.

This came from a childhood accident, plus I got rear-ended last January which for sure pushed me into the replacement decades sooner than it would have been.

The Gods of Surgery reigned over January 31st and Feb 2nd. I feel blessed to have had a surgeon who cared enough to give me the best chance to be back on my feet and return to normal activities. I still have not walked on my own – it’s going to be a a little while before I’m independently walking.

On a lighter note: ta dah!

I have begun giving phone sessions this past week. And I will be ready for FaceTime soon!

If you need, want a session, please text or email me and let me know what day and time work for you. Right now I’m available Tuesdays and Thursdays.

This is still a gnarly period of time before it begins to lighten up for most of us this year… Relationship challenges, of all kinds… life direction, delivering the message to be in the best relationship with yourself as you can because it reflects on all the other ones outside yourself!

Astrologically? this Solar Eclipse February 26th was the most powerful this entire year. Get clear, be bold and go for what you want.

Enough with pairing up with narcissists~ if you stay, if you keep going back into that kind of situation? that means you’re co-dependent and you need to take steps to unwind that piece so you can draw someone you are attracted to who’s NOT a narcissist- minus all the draining drama and blame.

I lost a client March 1st. A very sad event for me. I cherish all of you very much. That so rarely happens- and when it does, it’s a reminder that we need to make each moment count~ Be kind to each other and become more heart centered. It opens doors, builds bridges and allows us all to be connected.

I hope you all have an excellent month of March… and hope to hear from and work with you soon…
