Learn how the pathway of trauma travels during the moment of entry into the body. This technique of unwinding can be used for any trauma that remains stuck in the body- car accidents, falls, injuries that have partially healed and won’t seem to go that last portion into full recovery. Second day will be hands on with a client still in shock, trauma.

Directions:
From the 405 Freeway:
Exit at Sunset Boulevard heading west. Go to Temescal Canyon and turn right. Drive past the guard shack into the park.
From the Santa Monica Freeway (10) West:
Continue west to Pacific Coast Highway and head north to the 5th light. Go to Temescal Canyon and turn right. Continue up canyon for approximately 1 mile to park entrance. Drive past the guard shack into the park.
After you drive over the speed bumps, there is a stop sign. There, you will met by a teacher or a teacher’s assistant who will have a parking pass for you and will give you parking instructions.
